An herbal soup mix that is meticulously crafted to replenish and invigorate your body from within. Enriched with a blend of time-honored herbs renowned for their ability to nourish the blood, this soup mix offers a delicious and nutritious way to support overall health and vitality.
Blood Nourishing helps to Tonify Blood and Promote Blood Circulation. It's specially curated by our physicians with herbs that have no artificial colorings and preservatives added.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the herbs.
2. Place the herbs in the pot.
3. Add water to soak for 30 minutes.
4. Add preferred meat and bring to boil over high heat.
5. Simmer on low heat.
6. Season to taste if preferred.
Simmer time & water level
Conventional method: 1 hour | 1.5L of water
Pressure cooker: 45 minutes | 850mls of water
Slow cooker: 2.5 hours | 850mls of water
