"Breathe in Breathe out" has been exceptionally useful and effective for my 4-year old daughter. Her nose used to be blocked and she will have some breathing difficulties while sleeping, after administering a dose of "Breathe in Breathe Out", her airway will clear and recover from the blockage. For myself, i have been using "Scratch the Croak" and "Breathe in Breathe Out" to tackle my cough, flu and sore throat, which has been effective as well. I would highly recommend these products, as going the natural garden herbs way is always better than having chemicals in our body.
