Essence+ helps to Tonify the Kidney and Nourish Essence. Suitable for individuals with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency, stomach Yin deficiency, deficiency in Essence and Blood. Relieves symptoms of fatigue, poor appetite, dry mouth, lower backache and weakness in knees. It's specially curated by our physicians with herbs that have no artificial colorings and preservatives added.​​​​​​​

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse the herbs. 
2. Place the herbs in the pot.
3. Add water to soak for 30 minutes.
4. Add preferred meat and bring to boil over high heat.
5. Simmer on low heat. 
6. Season to taste if preferred.

Simmer time & water level
Conventional method: 1 hour | 1.5L of water
Pressure cooker: 45 minutes | 850mls of water
Slow cooker: 2.5 hours | 850mls of water
