Shipping & Returns

We ship prescriptions and orders out within 24 hours (during normal business days) so doorstep delivery occurs within 1-3 days (shipping periods vary between locations). Orders received before 5pm are usually shipped out by the next business day.

Free shipping in Singapore for orders valued at $150.00 or more.

The subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of the first payment.

2. Delivery:
Subscription items will be delivered monthly.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring additional fees. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the following month. To cancel, subscribers must notify Balance Brew through our customer service.

4. Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

5. Responsibility:
Balance Brew reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service at any time.

6. Communication:
Subscribers may receive communication regarding their subscription, new products, and exclusive offers via the provided contact information.

7. Modification of Terms:
Balance Brew reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
